- Receiving — Your inventory arrives at our Apex, NC facility via pallet, parcel, or local drop-off. We log and inspect every shipment on arrival.
- Sorting & Inspection — Units are sorted by SKU and checked for damage before prep begins.
- Prep Work — FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bubble wrap, bundling, and box prep are completed according to your shipment plan and Amazon's current requirements.
- Quality Control — A final QC check confirms every unit meets spec before packing.
- Shipment to Amazon — Prepped inventory is packed, labeled, and shipped to the designated Amazon fulfillment center(s) — same day for orders received within our cutoff window.
